Rachel Peace
Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM) mANP, mGNC
I’m Rachel Peace, a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a deep-rooted passion for helping people improve their health through personalised, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle support.
My interest into nutritional therapy began during my school years. As a teenager dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, I saw numerous GPs and psychiatrists and tried various medications — all with limited success. It wasn’t until I explored the link between food and wellbeing that things began to shift. A food intolerance test led me to eliminate dairy for just four weeks — and the results were profound. For the first time in years, I experienced mental clarity and a sense of calm.
That experience lit a spark that stayed with me throughout my life. Years later, after my own transformative work with a nutritional therapist, I made the decision to formally retrain in this field. I spent three years travelling to Edinburgh and London to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, gaining over 200 hours of clinical experience as part of a rigorous science-based course.
Today, I work with clients from all walks of life — from busy professionals to those managing chronic symptoms — to help them uncover what’s holding them back from optimal health. My approach is personal, practical, and always rooted in respect for both natural and conventional healthcare. Whether you’re seeking support for stress, digestion, energy, or simply want to take control of your wellbeing, I offer a calm, collaborative space where change is possible.
